1. Who this is for
These terms apply to anyone whose account is provisioned on the
lineage.money suite (mail, calendar, contacts).
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk mail or other content that violates applicable anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR Art. 6, etc.).
- Distribute malware, phishing, or content infringing another party's rights.
- Interfere with the service's operation, attempt to bypass quotas, or probe other accounts.
- Resell capacity or run a multi-tenant service inside an account.
3. Quotas & rate limits
Storage and outbound volume are capped per account; admins can raise the cap. Outbound is also subject to Cloudflare Email Sending's own limits. Sustained abuse may result in throttling or suspension.
4. Suspension & termination
Your administrator may suspend or delete your account at any time. Deletion is irreversible: every email, event, contact, and stored blob is removed. Before deletion, your admin can export your data via the admin panel (see Privacy).
5. Service availability
The suite runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We don't guarantee 100% availability and disclaim consequential damages from outages, subject to applicable law's non-waivable limits.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of every email, event, contact, and file you upload. Granting us the right to host and deliver them is the only licence implied.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid (if any) for service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above moves when we do. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
